Thank you for shopping at Modestta.com, operated by LV Int. Trading LLC. We want you to have a smooth and transparent experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on select products — check the individual product page to see if free shipping applies to that item.

For orders where free shipping is not available, shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Standard International: 15–35 business days

Delivery times vary by country and are estimates only. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Modestta.com is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

We are not able to predict what, if any, charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us using the information below.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations at your property where packages may have been left. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@modestta.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Modestta.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@modestta.com. We will do our best to make the correction before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
